|Recommended: YesEnjoy the older trees, the pinecones and the birds. — I enjoy living here. The neighbors are friendly, the apartment is enjoyable, plenty of storage for too much stuff, the office staff has been helpful and the maintenance staff very prompt. It is home for me.
|Recommended: YesLove it here, except the laundry — Love living here. The few issues we have had, fridge, AC the office fixes them right away. Every once in a while can hear the neighbors but compared to other apartments it's amazing how quiet it is. The only downside for us is the laundry, wish they were in the unit but the missing sock is close so just us that

|Recommended: YesThis is a 5 star Apartment living. — This is a very friendly living area. With bike trails close by. Maintenance is top notch as the managers. It's very clean here inside and out. In the summer there is swimming and lovely flower gardens to stroll by.
|Recommended: YesAmazing Place to Live — From move in to my first month, this is honestly the nicest complex I've ever lived in. My neighbors are all very friendly and there's no noise to complain about. The staff is very friendly and I'm very excited to be here for a long time.
|Recommended: YesParking — My only problem is the PARKING, I realize it is first come first serve, and residents park on one side and visitors park on the other. the problem is people do not park between the lines and that means they take up 2 spaces or there guest park on residents side. We should have a sticker for our car so we know if they are a resident or not other wise we cant identify if they live there or not, and if they do not have a sticker we can call someone and have the car removed. or have reserved parking for each apt for a additional cost if needed. I see reserve parking for seniors. There has to be a solution the small sing that says resident parking or visitor parking IS NOT WORKING

|Recommended: YesThe property is beautiful and very well maintained. — Living at collingwood has been great. It’s a quiet and friendly community, with such a beautiful courtyard. The apartments are in great shape compared to other complexes.
